Tenggarong Universe Planetarium is a planetarium located on Jalan Diponegoro, Tenggarong,Kutai,East Kalimantan.Planetarium with a capacity of 92 seats was built in 2000 and officially opened in 2002.

Planetarium of the Universe is the third planetarium in Indonesia after Jakarta Planetarium and Planetarium Surabaya,East Java.
Universe Planetarium is located at Jalan Diponegoro,to the left of the building Mulawarman Museum. The planetarium was built in 2002 and inaugurated on April 16, 2003. This place is a means of educational tours to enjoy the beauty of the universe in the form of stars, planets and other celestial objects. Planetarium Star Theater is a place or a theatrical nature,because it can show the contents of the universe and its composition.

Props are used in the form of ZKP 3 Skymaster projector made ​​the German company Carl Zeiss, with a maximum height of 2750 mm and a weight of 250 kg, has a lens that is 100 lenses. Projecting an image of the sun, moon, comets, meteors, stars, constellations, galaxies and others. In addition to the main projector, the Skymaster ZKP 3 also contained other supporting effect of the projector and 8 pieces of slide projector that serves to project the image.
